We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and weight limits are accurate at the time of publication.

Our floating headphone stands are designed to support headphones within the published size and weight limits displayed on the product page.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed the published specifications.

  • You accept responsibility for confirming compatibility prior to purchase.

We are not responsible for incompatibility where specifications were accurately provided at the time of sale.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather events

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Carrier confirmation marked “Delivered” constitutes proof of delivery.

We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Levitate Labs from any claim, demand, liability, damage, or expense arising from:

12. Fraud, Chargebacks & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, deny returns, or restrict future purchases where fraud, abuse, policy manipulation, or excessive disputes are suspected.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, we reserve the right to submit evidence including but not limited to:

  • Proof of delivery confirmation

  • Tracking records

  • Customer communications

  • IP address and checkout verification data

  • Policy acceptance at checkout

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a dispute so that we may resolve the issue promptly.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, or supply chain interruptions.
