RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all purchases made from Levitate Labs.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Product Classification & Use Disclosure
Levitate Labs sells a magnetic levitation display base designed to float compatible lightweight items within the published size and weight specifications listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
This display base may be suitable for multiple display applications (including accessories, collectibles, and footwear). Levitate Labs markets and tests the product specifically for use with compatible over-ear headphones that fall within the stated compatibility limits.
Instruction manuals included in packaging may reference multiple display examples as part of the manufacturer’s standard documentation.
The product supplied is the magnetic levitation base as described and demonstrated on the product page.
14-Day Limited Return Window
We offer a 14-day limited return window beginning on the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Return requests submitted after 14 days from confirmed delivery will not be accepted.
Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier constitutes proof of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns (Approved Cases Only)
Returns are accepted only if:
• The item arrived damaged in transit
• The item is defective or not functioning within published specifications
• You received the wrong item
We do not accept returns for any other reason unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
To qualify:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• All packaging, inserts, accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
• Clear photo or video evidence must be provided
We reserve the right to request additional verification before authorizing a return.
Non-Returnable Situations
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• Compatibility limitations where published specifications were accurate
• Finding a lower price elsewhere
• Shipping delays outside our control
• Minor cosmetic packaging damage
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
If an order is returned to us due to customer error (incorrect address, failure to collect, refusal), reshipping fees will apply.
Compatibility & Specification Acknowledgment
Our magnetic levitation display bases are designed to support items that fall within the size, weight, and balance limits published on each product page.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all product specifications prior to purchase.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:
• You have reviewed the listed dimensions and weight capacity
• You understand that proper balancing is required for levitation
• You accept responsibility for confirming compatibility
Returns based on compatibility limitations will be assessed against the published specifications listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
If unsure, customers must contact us before placing an order.
European Union & United Kingdom Customers
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional statutory cancellation rights under local consumer law.
Where required by law:
• You may cancel within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be returned unused and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless legally required
We reserve the right to deduct any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Statutory rights apply only where legally required.
Return Authorization Required
All returns must be approved in writing before being shipped.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
All returns must include:
• Valid tracking number
• Signature confirmation (for orders above $150 USD equivalent)
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns without valid tracking.
Inspection & Refund Processing
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If approved:
• Refund applies to product cost only
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless required by law)
Refunds may be denied or partially reduced if:
• Item shows signs of use
• Item is damaged due to misuse
• Packaging or components are missing
Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We replace items only if defective or damaged upon arrival.
Replacement requests must follow the same authorization process.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to processing or shipment.
Once tracking has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled.
Delivery & “Item Not Received” Claims
Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:
• You must contact the carrier directly
• We may assist by providing shipment documentation
• Claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery may be formally disputed
We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Item Not As Described Claims
“Item Not As Described” claims will be formally contested where:
• The product received matches the description, images, and specifications shown at time of purchase
• The product functions within the published compatibility limits
• The product supplied is the magnetic levitation display base described on the product page
• The customer did not review clearly disclosed specifications prior to purchase
All product pages, descriptions, specifications, and checkout confirmations may be submitted as evidence in dispute proceedings.
Fraud, Abuse & Chargebacks
We reserve the right to refuse service, returns, or refunds in cases of:
• Suspected fraud
• Policy abuse
• Serial refund behaviour
• Chargebacks filed without prior contact
If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to submit:
• Proof of delivery
• Tracking confirmation
• Customer communications
• Product page description at time of purchase
• IP address and checkout verification
• Policy acceptance confirmation
