SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all orders placed with Levitate Labs.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
• During high-demand periods, processing times may extend slightly.
An order is considered processed once it has been packed and assigned tracking information.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.
2. Shipping Timeframes
After processing, estimated delivery time is:
• United States: 7–15 business days
• International: 7–20 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
• Customs clearance
• Carrier backlogs
• Weather events
• Peak seasonal demand
• Local postal disruptions
Shipping delays outside our control do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
3. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Orders are considered successfully delivered when the shipping carrier marks the package as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout.
Carrier confirmation constitutes proof of delivery.
We are not responsible for:
• Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
• Packages left unattended
• Delivery to parcel lockers, mailrooms, or shared addresses
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order:
• You must contact the carrier directly to open an investigation
• We may provide shipping documentation upon request
Claims of non-receipt after confirmed delivery may be disputed in the event of a chargeback.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except where required by law.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
• Delivery delays due to address errors
• Failed delivery attempts
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect:
• Reshipping fees will apply
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If the customer does not respond within 14 days of return-to-sender notification, the order may be considered abandoned without refund.
6. Lost Packages (In Transit)
A package is considered lost only if:
• Tracking has not updated for 10+ consecutive business days, and
• The carrier confirms the shipment is lost
We reserve the right to wait for carrier investigation results before issuing a replacement or refund.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photo or video evidence of the item and packaging
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of claim.
All damage claims are subject to review and carrier verification.
8. International Orders & Customs
For international shipments:
• Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance
• Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer
• Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund
If an international order is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs charges:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping and customs penalties (if incurred) may be deducted from any eligible refund
9. Fraud Prevention & Risk Monitoring
For fraud prevention purposes, we reserve the right to:
• Hold orders for verification
• Request identity confirmation
• Cancel high-risk transactions
If an order is cancelled due to suspected fraud, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
10. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy and confirm that:
• The shipping address entered is accurate
• You understand delivery timeframes are estimates
• Carrier confirmation constitutes proof of delivery
